The problem
Tide needed to quickly scale their engineering teams to support accelerated growth and international expansion, while maintaining the high standards of technical ability and domain knowledge that are required to develop a global digital banking platform.
Our approach
Architus created a 3-stage screening process covering technical skills and cultural fit, including a final interview conducted by Tide who were able to approve or reject candidates. Engineers were hired by Architus and fully dedicated to Tide to augment their existing in-house teams.
Over 30 Architus engineers were fully embedded within Tide’s organisation and successfully delivered key components of their global platform. This success led to Tide establishing a new tech centre, with Architus providing recruitment, HR and operations locally as a service.
