Ross Jardine
Partner
Ross has 20 years experience in Financial Services, including time at Schroders, Deutsche Bank, BNP Paribas and Dresdner Kleinwort.
He has led large scale transformation initiatives in Asset & Wealth Management, Corporate Banking and Capital Markets, and provided C-level strategic advisory services to several FTSE 100 organisations on topics including digital transformation, business architecture, operating model design and product development.
Viktoras Jucikas
Partner
Viktoras is a technology executive and investor with over 20 years of experience as a CTO of Genus AI, marketing technology platform, and CTO at YPlan, an award winning mobile e-commerce platform backed by Ashton Kutcher, Pharrell Williams, General Catalyst and others.
Prior to this Viktoras was Executive Director at Goldman Sachs focusing on quantitative methods of exotic derivative pricing and risk management.
He holds a Masters degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Robotics from Jacobs University Bremen
Stuart Warmsley
Consultant
Stuart has over 25 years experience in mid and front office roles at firms including Barclays de Zoete Wedd, Dresdner Kleinwort Benson, Lehman Brothers and in the investment consultancy, Albourne Partners, where he was a Partner and Senior Fund Analyst.
He has used this experience to provide independent consulting to financial services organisations on investments and the use of technology to improve front office workflow, marketing strategies and client relationship management.
