The opportunity

Architus are partnering one of the fastest growing Fintechs in Europe to help establish a significant presence in Lithuania. The company has over 2000 employees globally, a positive revenue stream and $200m funding to accelerate its global expansion.

There is an opportunity for an experienced Product Manager to take ownership of several Fraud and security related products and work on international initiatives, joining 40+ employees already based in LT.

This is a 6 month rolling contract role, with opportunities to extend the same project or move to other related projects.

What you will be doing

You will be a key member of an agile product team, working on strategic projects for a rapidly expanding international company at the leading edge of banking technology. Here is more on what to expect:

 

  • Working with senior business stakeholders to understand the business vision

  • Helping to define the approach and strategy for several related products within Fraud and Security, including the creation of a product roadmap 

  • Working closely alongside designers and developers to build and launch new products and features and improvements to existing ones

  • Collaborating with 3rd parties and other Fintechs to integrate their products and services

  • Steering your development teams and defining and prioritisation of the products in detail - also working on risk mitigation with internal and external stakeholders

  • Ensuring that requirements from the different stakeholders are fully understood and met within your product scope

  • Prioritising initiatives as well as well-prepared communication to stakeholders at different levels

Qualifications

Key qualifications outlined below will be used as a guideline, and candidates will be assessed on their overall strength.

 

  • 5+ years of experience building customer-facing digital products across the product development lifecycle from scoping to delivery

  • Experience working in smaller, fast moving companies where priorities can change and processes may need to be created from scratch

  • Capable of managing and prioritising various products and features at different life cycle stages - considering impact on revenue and customers

  • Experience working as a Product Manager with a cross-functional team using Agile methodologies

  • Experience with Fintech and Fraud/Security related products, or with VPN, Geolocation or device tracking products an advantage but not essential

  • Able to manage different points of view and create clarity across the organisation by having a structured communication approach

  • Excellent written and spoken communication in English
