Referral Policy

Architus Systems Lithuania offers an external referral program to encourage individuals to refer qualified candidates for open positions. Referrers are eligible to receive a EUR 2,000 gross referral bonus for each candidate who is successfully hired and completes the required employment period.

Overview

How it Works

  • Referral Submission: Submit your referral via our referral form, including details about the candidate and the role you believe they are a good fit for.

  • Evaluation: We will review the referral and contact the candidate if they meet our requirements. If the candidate progresses in the recruitment process, we will notify them about the referral.

  • Candidate Communication: You will be informed only if you are eligible for the reward. We do not share details about the recruitment process, employment terms, or offer specifics with referrers.

  • Role Matching: We may offer a different position than the one specified in the referral if we believe it suits the candidate better.

Eligibility Criteria

  • The referred candidate must acknowledge being referred by you.

  • The candidate must be hired and complete at least three (3) months of continuous, active employment with Architus Systems Lithuania.

  • The referrer must provide the necessary details for payment (name, contact information, bank details, etc.) within 30 days of receiving notification of eligibility.

Bonus Payment

  • If all conditions are met, you will be paid the EUR 2,000 gross bonus after the candidate completes their three-month employment period.

  • The payment will be processed within 45 calendar days after the candidate’s three-month minimum employment period is completed.

  • If you do not provide the required details within 30 days, your bonus eligibility will expire.

Tax Responsibility

The referral bonus is gross, and you are responsible for any taxes or other statutory contributions based on local tax laws.

Fraudulent and Suspicious Behavior

Architus has a strict anti-fraud policy. Any attempt to exploit the program, including providing false information, using multiple email addresses, or engaging in spam tactics, will result in disqualification from the program.
 

  • Spam Policy: Bulk referrals, use of purchased referral lists, or any misleading practices will not be tolerated.

  • Program Integrity: Any fraudulent behavior, including attempts to undermine the fairness or integrity of the referral process, will result in disqualification and possible legal action.

Privacy

By participating in this program, you agree to share your personal information (full name, contact information, and bank details) as necessary to process your referral bonus.
 

  • All personal data will be processed according to Architus’ Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

  • You must ensure that any information shared regarding candidates is lawfully obtained, with consent from the candidate where necessary.

Program Modifications

Architus reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time, at its discretion. This includes adjusting eligibility criteria, referral bonus amounts, or terms of the program.

Indemnification and Liability

By participating in the referral program, you agree to indemnify Architus Systems Lithuania and its affiliates from any liabilities, claims, or damages arising from your participation in the program or any breach of these terms

  • Architus does not make any promises regarding the outcome of the referral program, including job placements or the exact functionality of the program.

  • We are not liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of participating in the program.

Terms and Conditions
 

By participating in the Architus Employee Referral Program, you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. Architus reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time, at its sole discretion.
