The opportunity

Architus are partnering one of the fastest growing Fintechs in Europe to help establish a significant presence in Lithuania. The company has over 1200 employees globally, a positive revenue stream and $200m funding to accelerate its global expansion.

There are several opportunities for experienced Mobile Flutter Engineers to become part of the company’s Lithuania-based engineering group that already has 30 employees and grow significantly larger in 2023.

This is a full time role that provides a unique opportunity for an exciting international career path.

What you will be doing

You will be a key member of an agile engineering team, working on strategic projects including Payments and Open Banking, Credit and Loans for a rapidly expanding international company at the leading edge of banking technology. Here is more on what to expect:

  • You will be learning and sharing knowledge with our engineers on new things often, as we believe in experimentation, T-shaped engineering and collaborative learning for career growth

  • You will be working on new and existing products for a range of Business Areas. It's an exciting roadmap with brand new features and we will need you to solve interesting problems

  • You will have the opportunity to make a difference by leveraging your experience connecting with less experienced engineers, collaborating and cheering together

  • Joining one of our expanding multi-disciplinary agile teams, you will work together with product owners, UI/UX designers, architects, engineers, and other business members to translate requirements into well-engineered solutions

  • You will ideally join our Flutter Community of Practices, and your input on how to improve processes and maintain high quality across the team will be very welcome

Qualifications

Key qualifications outlined below will be used as a guideline, and candidates will be assessed on their overall strength.

 

  • 4-5+ years of software engineering experience

  • Working experience with Flutter as a Software Engineer

  • Experience with Flutter libraries, tools and its lifecycle

  • Experience writing unit test cases in Flutter? 

  • Experience using libraries like BLoc, GetIt, Dio, AutoRoute, etc  

  • Passionate about building great products in small, autonomous, agile teams

  • Passion for automation tests and experience writing testable code

  • Experience building sleek, high-performance user interfaces and complex Mobile apps that successfully shipped to customers.

  • Comfortable working in agile methodologies, ideally Scrum

  • Fluent English speaker with excellent spoken and written communication skills

  • Resident of Lithuania, or with a work visa and in the process of applying for residency
