The opportunity

As a result of increasing demand for our services and rapid growth, Architus requires a Head of People who will help the company expand from 25+ employees in 2022 to 100+ within 12-24 months. You will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement, development and retention, helping to establish the company as a leader in the market and employer of choice. 

 

This is an opportunity for someone either in a similar role to join a rapidly growing international company, or with a talent acquisition/HR background to take a step up to a broader role. It is is a unique chance to join us at an early stage where you can help shape our approach in this area 

 

Initially a hands-on role, you will have support colleagues and the chance to gradually build your own team, and be part of an exciting journey as we continue to grow.

What you will be doing

As part of the leadership team and reporting to the CEO the Head of People will develop and execute the company’s People Strategy including a talent acquisition, employee engagement, development and retention plan to support growth, aligned with company growth goals.

Talent acquisition

  • Develop modern strategies, processes, and tools to streamline and accelerate our recruitment efforts

  • Own the execution of the hiring strategy and manage the end-to-end recruitment process from the job posting to the offer stage

  • Build a high-performing Talent Acquisition team to help the company scale

  • Monitor, evaluate and report using robust metrics so as to identify areas of improvement across talent acquisition strategies, processes and tools

  • Manage relationships with recruitment partners and transition to an in-house recruitment function

  • Work closely with the management team to align recruitment efforts to ongoing demand

  • Be an ambassador of our mission and values and inspire candidates to join Architus

  • Establish Architus as a compelling employer brand in Lithuania, positioning the company as an employer of choice and leader in its market

Employee engagement, development and retention

  • Manage the onboarding process for new employees

  • Working in close collaboration with our clients, implement scalable performance management and development processes to effectively evaluate and appraise people and drive accountability throughout the company

  • Establish a scalable compensation structure to provide motivation, incentives, growth, and rewards to support our performance-based environment

  • Continue to evolve our employee benefits scheme to align with our values and culture, and contributes towards our goal of being an employer of choice and leader in the market

  • Work in collaboration with the management team to build and drive the culture of Architus,  delivering excellence to our clients while creating a positive, fun, collaborative and caring environment for our employees

Qualifications

Key qualifications outlined below will be used as a guideline, and candidates will be assessed on their overall strength.

 

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment and/or human resource roles

  • Experience of recruiting professionals for fast growing companies

  • Some experience of managing people an advantage

  • Hands-on experience owning recruitment campaigns from initial concept to successful implementation

  • Knowledgeable about hiring trends and best practices in the Lithuanian market

  • Tech-savvy, and able to blend traditional recruitment techniques with innovative technology, tools and Social Media

  • Experience of developing and owning in-house HR/People Management policies 

  • Well organised with strong coordination and project management skills

  • Fluent English speaker with excellent spoken and written communication skills
