The opportunity

As a result of increasing demand for our services, Architus is expanding from 25+ employees to 100+ within 12-24 months. There is an opportunity to join this exciting journey, become part of an amazing team and work on international projects with some of the most prestigious fintechs and financial services organisations in Europe.

In this position, you’ll:

  • Partner closely with the Head of People to prioritise hiring needs and build a seamless interview process that helps us hire the right talent

  • Own the hiring process: job advertisement, campaigns, proactive sourcing, selection and closing

  • Implement the best recruitment techniques and interview practices to attract and engage candidates

  • Provide strategic recruiting expertise by staying on top of recruitment industry trends, best practices in candidates’ evaluation tools and benchmark comparisons

  • Track and monitor key metrics to develop actionable plans towards a continuous improvement of recruitment results

  • Have the accountability for reporting key metrics, defining future need and tracking market trends to make sure we are ahead of the curve

  • Participate in HR projects (training, work efficiency, onboarding, etc.)

About you:

  • Not only have a passion for IT recruitment and support hiring for attitude approach, but also have 1-2 years experience in recruitment area either agency or in-house

  • Strong in headhunting, active search and attraction of candidates

  • Would like to be part of the company who believe that culture is a root of all profits

  • Love freedom and have no doubt that it comes with responsibility

  • Have an accountability for reporting key metrics, defining future need and tracking market trends to make sure we are ahead of the curve

  • Have good communication skills (oral, written, presentation), ability to listen to others, build relationships and reasonably present Your opinion

  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written)

Salary range for this position is from 1800 EUR to 3000 eur gross. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies.
