With offices in London and Vilnius, Architus has a strong track-record in Financial Services and the Fintech world with clients including Invesco, Schroders, BNP Paribas, HSBC and Tide.

The opportunity

As a result of increasing demand for our services and rapid growth, we require a Director of our Lithuanian entity, Architus Systems Lithuania UAB, who will be responsible for our entire operation in this country.  Having secured long-term contracts with our clients, we are projected to grow from 10 permanent employees in Lithuania today to 30 employees by the end of 2022 and 100+ employees by the end of 2023.


This is a unique opportunity to become a member of the Architus management team, working alongside the CEO, and being part of an exciting journey as we expand internationally.

What you will be doing

You will have management responsibility for Architus Lithuania,  overseeing all business operations, people and ventures, contributing towards strategic planning and implementing the company vision and long term goals.

 

To support the growth of the company, you will be building a team, developing and implementing new processes, and identifying opportunities to leverage operational efficiencies. You will have oversight of a growing number of technology and data science teams who are providing outsourced services to clients in the UK and the US, while also managing the recruitment process for new teams.

In addition to managing relationships with existing clients, you will participate in business development activities and become a key member of the Architus Group management team, working closely alongside the CEO to help evolve the company's vision and strategic planning.

Qualifications

Key qualifications outlined below will be used as a guideline, and candidates will be assessed on their overall strength. We are interested to meet ambitious candidates who have some relevant experience plus the potential to fulfill the role.

 

  • Proven leadership and management skills. ideally in a high-growth business

  • A technical background, or exposure to technology development and delivery

  • Experience in a professional services company such as technology consulting or outsourcing is an advantage

  • Experience of engaging with senior stakeholders in multi-national companies

  • Experience of hiring, managing and leading teams, including, coaching, mentoring and professional development

  • Outstanding people manager, a natural leader with the ability to inspire those around you and build teams that are productive, effective and happy

  • Solid commercial experience with some exposure to managing large budgets or company finances

  • Excellent organisational skills

  • Flexible and adaptable to meeting the evolving needs of a high-growth and fast paced organization

  • Fluent English speaker with excellent spoken and written communication skills
