What you will be doing

The opportunity 

Architus is seeking a Head of Sales to spearhead our B2B market penetration and revenue generation initiatives across Europe and the US. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing the sales funnel, enhancing customer acquisition strategies, and streamlining the sales process, all pivotal in expanding Architus' clientele. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll collaborate closely with various teams within the company. Your role will involve establishing a revenue-centric structure and cultivating proficiency in outbound sales, revenue operations, B2B marketing, and channel sales.

What you will be doing 

  • Develop and execute the company's revenue strategy, including sales (in and outbound), revenue operations, B2B marketing, channel sales, business development, and customer success initiatives, to achieve revenue goals and drive business growth.

  • Define and implement sales processes, methodologies, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive sales effectiveness and productivity. Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline sales processes and efficiency.

  • Seek out new business opportunities and market segments to expand the company's customer base and revenue streams. Analyze sales data, and monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform revenue strategies and drive competitive advantage.

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing business development and sales team, creating a culture of ownership and high-velocity delivery. 

  • Drive the negotiation and closure of deals with major clients, ensuring profitability and compliance with all regulatory requirements.

  • Report directly to the C-suite, providing regular insights and forecasts on sales performance and market dynamics.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Head of Sales or similar leadership role in sales, with at least 5 years in the field.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful business development and sales strategies in the financial services sector.

  • Strong decision-making skills, making high-judgment decisions at a rapid pace.

  • Ability to think both strategically and tactically, and to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience of B2B business development and sales, ideally in technology outsourcing, outstaffing or similar industry

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or relevant graduate degree is highly preferred.
