The opportunity

As a result of increasing demand for our services, Architus requires a Business Development Representative to help the company grow its client base in Europe and the US. This is a great opportunity for someone with some business development/sales experience to join us at an early stage where you can make a huge impact. You will work with the management team and gradually own more of the sales cycle from lead to active customer. You will be reporting to the CEO and working closely with other teams across the company.

What you will be doing

As a Sales Manager/BDR, you will be required to research, identify and prospect new clients for Architus. The scope of the role is Global but the focus will be Europe and the US regions.

  • Prospect for new clients from midsize to large multinationals and build a strong sales pipeline

  • Follow a structured, multi-channel sales process and be consistent in your approach

  • Assess the prospects requirements and shape our proposition / service offering accordingly

  • Produce proposals based on the prospect’s requirements

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the proposition and the global market

  • Build a network, maintaining contact with prospects and leading marketing initiatives

Qualifications

Key qualifications outlined below will be used as a guideline, and candidates will be assessed on their overall strength.

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent

  • Experience in sales (minimum 1-2 years’ experience) - ideally in a technology service oriented company

  • Great communicator, able to build excellent relationships both internally and externally

  • Highly organised, able to manage and prioritise a wide range of tasks

  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver accurate work within challenging deadlines

  • Confident creating and highest quality presentations and proposals to prospective clients

  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
